Some people argue job satisfaction is more important than job security. Others believe a permanent job is more important. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion

    • Main idea 1: Job security làm người lao động yên tâm cống hiến & tạo tiền đề thăng tiến trong công việc 
      • Employment security might be more important primarily because of the prospect of advancement
      • If a person can stay employed at a place of work for a long time, they can expect to have more chances at getting promoted through seniority. While promotion certainly means more responsibilities, it also means a higher pay grade, better bonuses and recognition at the job
    • Main idea 2: Job security giúp người lao động không lo đến việc cơm áo gạo tiền về ngắn hạn, hoặc tương lai liệu có bị mất việc hay không 
      • Workers with a permanent job know exactly their monthly income, and thus are in full control of their financial plan. 
      • As a consequence, they will no longer have to worry about short-term financial problems, such as bills and debts, and could be fixated on other important matters like their career trajectory
  • Body 2: Viết về view 1 Some people argue job satisfaction is more important than job security (nêu rõ mình ủng hộ quan điểm này) có thể triển khai:
    • Main idea 1: Job satisfaction giúp người lao động có thể cống hiến hết mình cho công việc trong khoảng thời gian dài 
      • Satisfied employees are more likely to be more productive and committed to the organization.
    • Main idea 2: Job satisfaction giúp người lao động phục vụ khách hàng tốt hơn với thái độ tốt hơn trong công việc, từ đó giúp dễ thăng tiến hơn 
      • A sense of job satisfaction can also helps employees give better 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, and we know that 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 are dependent based on the given service of the employees.
