        • Supporting idea: The concept of "hustle culture." suggest that we should always be working, always be productive, and always be striving to achieve more. This can create a sense of pressure to constantly be "on," leading to stress, anxiety, and burnout.
        • Example: Emails, notifications, and messages can create a sense of urgency and pressure to constantly stay connected and responsive. This can make it difficult to focus on important tasks and can contribute to feelings of overwhelm and stress.
