On the other hand, I support the view that low-cost air travel brings substantial social benefits. First, affordable flights provide equal-access opportunities (chances available to everyone regardless of income – cơ hội tiếp cận bình đẳng) for people from diverse economic backgrounds to explore the world. Air travel was once considered a luxury-driven activity (an activity primarily enjoyed by wealthy people – hoạt động dành cho người giàu), but the emergence of budget-friendly airlines (airlines offering inexpensive fares – hãng hàng không giá rẻ) such as Vietjet Air and AirAsia has transformed international travel into an attainable goal for millions. Moreover, inexpensive airfares facilitate cross-cultural exchange (the sharing of ideas and customs between cultures – giao lưu văn hóa) on an unprecedented scale. Students, professionals, and tourists can engage in knowledge-sharing experiences (opportunities to exchange knowledge – trải nghiệm chia sẻ kiến thức) abroad, broadening their horizons and developing a deeper appreciation of different societies.
