      • Example: A couple has been living in the same comfortable house for the past 15 years. They have raised their children there and have established a strong network of friends and neighbors. They are hesitant to move to a new city or neighborhood, even if it would provide them with more opportunities for career advancement.

    • Main idea: change mở ra những cơ hội mới, khắc phục yếu điểm từ đó giúp hoàn thiện bản thân (varying helps people to be able to adjust to difficulties and more easily find a way to overcome barriers in life)
      • Supporting idea: Stepping out of the comfort zone facilitates people through direct and demonstrative skills to break boundaries, on a personal and professional front.
      • Example: For example, executives with complete confidence and willingness to take on new challenges are quite likely to move swiftly up the corporate ladder.
    • Main idea 2: There are some cases in which someone who chooses a different career has significantly improved the quality of their life.
      • Supporting idea:

        • If the move is successful, they will not regret their decision and if not they can always apply for another job. 
        • In the aggregate, citizens finding more satisfying jobs and taking full advantage of their latent abilities will lead to a happier society. 
        • This will in turn grow the economy and corporations are likely to be more productive with an engaged workforce.
      • Example: After five years working as an accountant in a large corporation, my friend - Sarah, feeling unfulfilled and undervalued, discovered an online ad for a job at a local non-profit organization focused on educational programs for underserved youth, sparking her interest in a role where she could utilize her skills to make a positive impact.
