  • Dạng opinion essay thì đã rất quen thuộc với các bạn học sinh lớp IELTS ONLINE WRITING 1 KÈM 1 của IELTS TUTOR rồi nhé
  • Dạng opinion essay, nếu theo hướng TOTALLY AGREE có thể bố cục bài như sau:
    • Body 1: Nêu lí do thứ 1 vì sao TOTALLY AGREE
      • Main idea: Young people rely too much on the shorthand language and emoticons used in text messages and social media, leading to a decline in their ability to write coherently and with proper grammar. >> IELTS  TUTOR  hướng  dẫn Cách dùng động từ "rely" & phrasal verb"rely on/upon sb/sth"
        • Supporting idea:
          • The shorthand language and emoticons used in text messages and social media are not consistent with the rules of formal written language.  >> IELTS  TUTOR  hướng  dẫn Cách dùng tính từ"consistent"tiếng anh
          • The brevity and informality of these mediums do not require the same level of structure and clarity as formal writing.
          • As a result, young people may become accustomed to using incorrect grammar, spelling, and punctuation, which can carry over into their writing in other contexts.
        • Example:
          • For example, instead of writing out complete sentences, young people may use acronyms and abbreviations, such as "LOL" (laugh out loud) or "BRB" (be right back), to convey their message quickly. While this may be acceptable in the context of a casual text message or social media post, it may not be appropriate in a formal email or business communication.
          • Another example is the use of emoticons or emojis to convey emotions or tone in written communication. While emoticons can be useful for conveying feelings or tone in informal settings, they can also be seen as unprofessional or immature in more formal settings. >> IELTS  TUTOR  hướng  dẫn Cách dùng động từ"convey"tiếng anh
    • Body 2: Nêu lí do thứ 2 vì sao TOTALLY AGREE
      • Main idea: Young people are less likely to read books or long articles as they are used to shorter, more immediate forms of communication.
        • Supporting idea:
          • This is because young people have grown up in an era of instant gratification, where information is readily available at their fingertips. >> IELTS  TUTOR  hướng  dẫn PHÂN TÍCH ĐỀ THI 30/5/2020 IELTS WRITING TASK 2 (kèm bài sửa HS đạt 6.5)
          • They are accustomed to receiving information quickly and easily, often through social media, texting, or other digital platforms that deliver short, concise messages.
          • As a result, young people may have less patience for longer, more in-depth forms of communication, such as books or long articles.
        • Example:
          • For example, instead of reading a full-length novel, young people may prefer to read shorter pieces, such as blog posts or news articles, that can be consumed quickly and easily. These shorter pieces may offer more immediate gratification, as they can be read and shared quickly, without the need to invest significant time or effort.
          • Another example is the prevalence of social media, which offers a constant stream of short, easily digestible content. Young people may spend hours scrolling through social media feeds, consuming short snippets of information or entertainment.
