The central square, which can be accessed by roads from four directions, will feature two car parks and two bus stops. Surrounding the square will be six housing areas and four recreational areas, making it a hub of activity and convenience.
In the outskirts, there will be ten housing areas scattered around the town. Two industrial zones will be situated in the north and south, while the only recreational center in the outskirts will be located in the southern part of the town.
