      • Main idea 1: Some criminals believe that they will not be caught or punished for their crimes, so they continue to do them.
        • Supporting idea: This is especially true for crimes that are not easily detected, such as drug dealing or fraud.
        • Example:  Eric Frein, a white supremacist who believed the government was corrupt and justified in killing police officers, evaded capture for 48 days before being arrested after a shootout.
      • Main idea 2: Some criminals commit crimes out of desperation, as a way to make money or get food and shelter.
    • Body 2: Trả lời câu hỏi 2
      • Main idea 1: It is necessary for the government to improve law enforcement capabilities
        • Supporting idea: This includes increasing the number of police officers, providing them with better training, and giving them the tools they need to investigate crimes.
        • Example: After experiencing a surge in gun violence in 2020, Chicago increased the number of police officers and funding for training and equipment, which resulted in a 30% decrease in homicides in 2021.
      • Main idea 2: Providing them with job training and education programs can help them to get back on their feet and become productive members of society.
        • Supporting idea:
          • Many ex-offenders have low levels of education and job skills, which makes it difficult for them to find legitimate employment.
          • Job training and education programs can not only help ex-offenders learn new skills and improve their job prospects, but also give them a sense of purpose and direction, and help them to build a better future for themselves.>> IELTS  TUTOR  hướng  dẫn  Sửa bài IELTS SPEAKING PART 1-2-3 topic Work/Study(Sửa & Làm lại 4 lần - HS đạt 7.5)
