  • Overall:
    • Significant alterations took place within just four years in the South Wing, with substantial modifications occurring throughout except for the specialized exhibition space and the shop.

    • In 2008, the South wing comprised two levels, featuring a pathway on its western side. 
    • The first floor housed a specialized exhibition area, a retail space, and a cloakroom, while the entrance and reception were situated on the second floor.

    • By 2012, the structure had expanded to four stories, featuring a lift from the first floor to the top, with an entrance hall constructed above the specialized exhibition room and topped with a terrace.
    • The cloakroom was moved to the reception area and replaced with a children's play zone, while a restaurant was installed above the reception and cloakroom on the western side of the lift.
    • A self-service café was introduced on the second floor, positioned east of the lift above the reading room. 
    • An extra exhibition space was constructed on the top floor, situated above the café.
