  • Dạng 2 question thì đã rất quen thuộc với các bạn học sinh lớp IELTS ONLINE WRITING 1 KÈM 1 của IELTS TUTOR rồi nhé
  • Dạng 2 question có thể bố cục bài như sau:
    • Body 1: Trả lời câu hỏi 1: The decline in handwritten communication can be attributed to several factors
      • Main idea 1: With the widespread use of computers, smartphones, and other digital devices, people often opt for faster and more convenient digital communication methods such as typing and texting.
        • Supporting idea:
          • In the business world, professionals often rely on email communication due to its speed and efficiency. >> IELTS  TUTOR  hướng  dẫn PHÂN TÍCH ĐỀ THI 30/5/2020 IELTS WRITING TASK 2 (kèm bài sửa HS đạt 6.5)
          • Sending an email allows individuals to convey information quickly, attach documents, and receive prompt responses.
          • This is particularly crucial in fast-paced industries where timely decision-making is essential.
        • Example: For instance, a project manager coordinating a team across different locations can instantly share updates and documents through email, streamlining the communication process and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
      • Main idea 2: Typing on a keyboard allows for faster and more efficient writing, making it the preferred choice for many in professional and academic settings where time is often of the essence.
    • Body 2: Trả lời câu hỏi 2 - NEGATIVE
      • Main idea 1: Handwritten communication can convey a personal touch that may be absent in digital messages.
        • Supporting idea: When someone takes the time to write a note by hand, it adds a personal and intimate element to the message.
        • Example: For instance, after a job interview, a candidate sending a handwritten thank-you letter to the interviewer can leave a lasting impression. The effort and individualized nature of the handwritten note convey sincerity and appreciation in a way that a quickly composed email might not.
      • Main idea 2: The decline of handwriting might lead to a loss of traditional skills and cultural practices associated with handwriting.
        • Supporting idea:
          • In many cultures, calligraphy has been a revered art form for centuries, reflecting a combination of aesthetic beauty and linguistic expression.
          • However, as digital communication becomes more prevalent, the art of calligraphy is at risk of diminishing.
        • Example: For instance, in East Asian cultures like China and Japan, where calligraphy has deep roots, the decline in the practice of handwriting may lead to a loss of cultural heritage.

In the modern technology-driven society (technology-driven society: xã hội được thúc đẩy bởi công nghệ – a society strongly influenced and shaped by technology), fewer individuals rely on pens, pencils, or brushes to write by hand. While this trend is largely caused by the growing dominance of digital devices, I believe it represents a largely negative development (negative development: xu hướng phát triển tiêu cực – a change that brings more disadvantages than benefits) for both personal communication and cultural preservation.

One key reason for the decline of handwritten communication (decline: sự suy giảm – a gradual decrease or reduction in something) is the widespread use of digital technologies such as computers and smartphones. These devices enable instantaneous communication (instantaneous communication: giao tiếp tức thời – communication that occurs immediately without delay), which is far more efficient than writing by hand. In the fast-paced business environment (fast-paced: nhịp độ nhanh – characterized by rapid activity or change), professionals frequently depend on email to exchange information, attach documents, and receive prompt replies. This time-efficient method (time-efficient: tiết kiệm thời gian – able to achieve results quickly with minimal time) allows employees to coordinate tasks and make decisions quickly. For example, a project manager supervising a geographically dispersed team can distribute updates and files instantly via email, ensuring that all members remain informed and productive. Another reason is that typing is significantly faster and easier than handwriting, particularly in academic contexts. Through word-processing software (word-processing software: phần mềm soạn thảo văn bản – computer programs used to create and edit documents), students can draft, edit, and reorganize ideas effortlessly. Consequently, digital writing has become the preferred medium (preferred medium: phương tiện được ưa chuộng – the method most commonly chosen) in many professional and educational settings.>> 🔥 Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR

Despite these advantages, the decreasing use of handwriting may have undesirable consequences. First, handwritten messages often carry a distinct personal touch (personal touch: dấu ấn cá nhân – a unique personal element that shows care or sincerity) that digital communication lacks. When someone writes a note manually, the effort involved conveys sincerity and emotional warmth. For instance, a job applicant who sends a handwritten thank-you letter after an interview may create a stronger impression than someone who sends a brief email. Furthermore, the disappearance of handwriting could lead to the erosion of cultural heritage (erosion of cultural heritage: sự mai một di sản văn hóa – the gradual loss of traditional cultural practices). In many countries, calligraphy has long been considered an important artistic tradition that combines visual beauty with linguistic expression. As digital communication becomes dominant, such time-honoured traditions (time-honoured traditions: truyền thống lâu đời – customs respected and practiced for a long time) may gradually fade.

In conclusion, although the rise of digital technology explains why handwriting is becoming less common, this shift is largely negative because it weakens personal communication and threatens valuable cultural traditions.
