In my opinion, although parents are indispensable in shaping dietary habits, schools must also assume responsibility, since a joint effort guarantees that children from all backgrounds gain uniform and trustworthy nutrition education.
On the one hand, proponents of school-based instruction claim that schools are the most effective place to deliver evidence-based knowledge (information supported by scientific research / kiến thức dựa trên bằng chứng khoa học) about healthy eating. Through a well-structured curriculum (organized and systematic program / chương trình giảng dạy có cấu trúc rõ ràng), students can learn about balanced diets, food labels, and the long-term consequences of poor nutrition.
