      • Example: 
        • For instance, extreme sports such as bungee jumping, skydiving, and mountain climbing require participants to engage in activities that put their lives at risk.
        • For example, participants in extreme sports such as base jumping may experience a rush of adrenaline, but the constant fear of falling from great heights can take a toll on their mental well-being.
    • Main idea 2: Many extreme sports such as boxing represent violence, so this will encourage aggressive thoughts and behaviours of viewers, especially young children
      • Supporting idea:

        • The constant exposure to violence and aggression can cause children to experience fear and anxiety, which can result in long-term psychological harm.
