II. Kiến thức liên quan

III. Phân tích

The table illustrates (mô tả – describe, show) the proportion (tỷ lệ – percentage, fraction) of GDP allocated to healthcare in five countries, broken down into public expenditure (chi tiêu công – government-funded spending) and private contributions (đóng góp tư nhân – individual or corporate funding).

Overall, state-funded systems (hệ thống được tài trợ bởi chính phủ – healthcare models predominantly financed by the state) dominated across all five countries, with France spending the largest fraction (tỷ lệ lớn nhất – biggest share) of its GDP on public healthcare.

France and Germany had the highest allocation (mức phân bổ cao nhất – the greatest share) of GDP to healthcare, at 11.4% and 9.3%, respectively. In France, public spending accounted for 8.6%, significantly surpassing private investment (đầu tư tư nhân – funding from private entities) at 2.8%. A similar trend was observed in Germany, where state-funded (được chính phủ tài trợ – financed by the government) healthcare stood at 7.0%, more than triple out-of-pocket payments (chi trả cá nhân – direct expenses borne by individuals) of 2.3%.>> Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR

In contrast, Japan, Italy, and the USA allocated a comparatively lower (tương đối thấp hơn – relatively less) proportion of GDP to healthcare. The USA spent 8.6% in total, with government disbursements (chi tiêu chính phủ – public sector funding) at 6.0% and private expenditure at 2.6%. Italy followed closely, spending 7.7%, with taxpayer-funded (được tài trợ bởi người nộp thuế – financed through taxes) healthcare at 5.3%. Japan had the least substantial (ít đáng kể nhất – smallest in amount) allocation, at only 7.2%, and recorded the lowest private contribution at 1.4%.
