2. Cách viết PARTLY
In today’s world, growing emphasis has been placed on understanding what encourages individuals to exert maximum effort at work. While I acknowledge that financial incentives are a fundamental source of motivation, I also contend that non-monetary elements, including a supportive workplace culture and opportunities for career development, are equally significant.
On the one hand, it cannot be denied that financial rewards remain a powerful motivator for employees. Firstly, money provides a sense of financial security and personal stability, enabling workers to satisfy their basic needs and support their dependents. For example, during economic downturns or periods of rising living costs, employees with stable salaries are able to pay for essentials such as rent, groceries, and healthcare, which alleviates financial stress and allows them to remain focused and productive at work. Furthermore, remuneration such as salaries and bonuses often functions as a marker of social prestige, signaling professional recognition and success. For instance, a high income allows employees to lead a more comfortable lifestyle, which in turn strengthens their determination to sustain or enhance their work performance.>> tham khảo CẦN VIẾT & THU ÂM BAO NHIÊU BÀI ĐỂ ĐẠT 8.0 SPEAKING & 7.0 WRITING?
On the other hand, I also believe that it would be short-sighted to assume that money is the only factor that drives people to work hard because many other factors such as a supportive environment, recognition, and career advancement also play a decisive role. Firstly, a healthy working environment, characterized by mutual respect and cooperation, encourages employees to stay engaged and committed. When workers feel valued and treated fairly, they are less likely to experience burnout or job dissatisfaction, which increases their productivity and loyalty to the company. In addition, opportunities for career advancement (thăng tiến sự nghiệp) are another key motivator. In fact, many individuals are willing to dedicate more time and effort when they see a clear path toward promotion or professional development. For example, workers who receive training programs or mentorship often display greater enthusiasm, since they know their effort today may secure a better position in the future. These aspects highlight that non-monetary motivators can be just as powerful as financial ones.
In conclusion, while money undeniably plays a central role in motivating employees, other factors such as a positive environment and career growth opportunities are equally significant in driving people to excel at work.
