Overall, both groups expressed highly favourable views (highly favourable: very positive; rất tích cực) across all categories. Regarding production quality, opinions were strikingly similar. The proportion rating it as excellent (excellent: extremely good; xuất sắc) stood at 70% for club members and 67% for the general public. Likewise, satisfactory (satisfactory: acceptable; đạt yêu cầu) ratings were almost identical, at 17% and 18% respectively, while poor assessments differed only marginally.
Turning to information about plays and performances, this was the sole category where the general public were more positive, with 88% rating it excellent, compared to 72% among club members. Poor feedback remained negligible (negligible: very small; không đáng kể) for both groups.
Finally, views diverged most noticeably on facilities, as 26% of the general public rated them poor, revealing a clear shortcoming (clear shortcoming: obvious weakness; hạn chế rõ rệt), whereas club members were considerably more satisfied.
