      • Example:

    • Intro câu 2, advantages = disadvantages (this trend could have positive and negative consequences in equal measures)
    • Body 1: On the one hand, viết về advantages

        • Supporting idea: Universities are often located in major urban centres, where rents are high if students have to find a room with even the basic facilities.

      • Main idea 2: such early entering into adulthood is sometimes believed to be stressful, therefore, requiring gradual adaptation. 
        • Supporting idea:

          • Being unexperienced in real life, young people might be vulnerable to issues they are likely to encounter in a new place, for instance, fraud or other criminal activities.
