In 1950, the beachfront was located to the east of the city center. At the end of the road, there was a car park. In front of the beach, a pavilion, four dining tables, and a playground could be seen. Additionally, two 25-meter pools were situated at the northeast and northwest corners of the beach, while a lighthouse was located towards the southeast.

In the present day, the area has undergone significant changes. The main road has been extended to facilitate access to the lighthouse. The original car park has been replaced by a larger one, while the playground and dining tables have been removed to create a small parking space for the increasing number of tourists. Two surf clubs have been introduced next to the pools, with the pool on the left enlarged to 25 meters. Moreover, a new restaurant has been added to enhance the area’s appeal to visitors.
