  • Body 1:
    • Workers harvest the fruit from the trees manually with the use of long-handled poles resembling rakes  (IELTS TUTOR gợi ý cách diễn đạt khác: olives are knocked from the trees with rake-like pokes, which then are sorted by their quality)

    • After being rinsed in cold water, the olives go through a step called milling, in which they are mashed and have their stones removed (IELTS TUTOR gợi ý cách diễn đạt khác: after being rinsed in cold water, the olives come to the stage of milling, in which they are mashed and de-stoned, and this step involves the use of of a mill)

  • Body 2: 
    • The paste is distributed between hemp bags and placed in a hydraulic press, which then pushes the oil out of the paste

    • The extracted olive oil is stored inside underground vats
    • The olive oil is only packaged into bottles when the shipment is ready.
